Eligibility

Children seeking admission to L. K. G. should have attained the age 3 yrs as on 1 st April of that year but should not be more then 4 years.

Registration

Prospectus & Registration form for admission school can be obtained from the school office on all working days.

It should be duly filled and submitted with required documents and Age proof certificate as mentioned in the form Age proof certificate must be submitted along with form.

The registered candidates will be called for admission test/interview.

Registration fee is not refundable & registration is no guarantee for admission.

Test/Interview

Admission is on the basis of written test and an interview.

For Admission to different higher classes, test conducted standard wise.

There is no written test for LKG, however children are required to appear for and interview and both the parents should accopany the child.

Admission & Withdrawals

1. Admission will be made strictly on the basis of merit.

2. The Birth Certificate from competent authority & Transfer Certificate from previous school are essential at the time of the admission.

3. Fees have to be deposited within seven days of selection failing which the seats will be allotted to the next waiting list candidates.

4. Categories of students shall not remain in the class

(a) Whose who fail to show satisfactory progress and are unwilling or unable to profit from the educational programme.

(b) Those whose fees are in arrears.

(c) Those whose behaviour in the opinion of the principal is harmful in the interest of the school.

(d) Those who fail twice in the same class or below average.

5. The amount of Security deposited at the time of admission shall be claimed within 6 months from the date of baying the school otherwise it will stand forfeited.

6. Withdrawal or transfer is not possible in March.

7. The transfer certificate, The School Transfer Certificate or the Progress Report shall not be issued until all the dues are paid.
