Leave Rule
1. Absence without leave seriously viewed in case of 7 consecutive days of absence the students name shall be struck off, He/ she may however be re-admitted (subsequent, to the principal's direction) after he/she has paid all the dues and re-admission fee.
2. For leave or absence a letter must be sent by the parents / guardians and also a note may made in the diary , the students are expected to attend the classes attend the classes on the opening day after each of the vacations and the closing day.
3. Absence due to sickness must be supported by a medical certificate. The student attending school after suffering from an infectious disease such as Measles, Chicken pox, Cholera, Mumps, Whooping cough etc must produce a fitness certificate from a registered Doctor. The School Doctor opinion is to be respected

Guidelines For Students

Any damage to the school property by the student will borne by the student's guardians.

Students should be regular in attendance/classes.

School Identity Card must be with the students on all working day.

Students are not allowed to leave the school during working hours unless the parents/guardians, whose signature mentioned on the admission form and the school diary have made prior request to the principal.

Students must come in school uniform.

They must be clean, neat and tidy.

Application for leave must be submitted a day in advance, it should be countersigned by the parents/guardians.

The School bus users must strictly observe the rules of the school transport.

All the students must posses school diary, text-books, note book stationary etc.

Students are advised not to bring valuable articles to the school. The school will not be responsible for any such loss.

The school reserves the rights to take stern action even to strike off the name of the students from the school rolls who are guilty of misconduct.

They should keep their by cycle locked. they should not ride them in the school campus.

The student should arrive the school at least 5 minutes before the bell.

Guidelines For parents

Use the School diary as a means of communication with the class-teacher and check the diary for Home work and the teachers remarks, If any. Sign the test copies/papers as and when sent home.

See that your ward has all the text books, items of stationary, craft, materials etc, right from the beginning of the session.

Ensure that all the books and note books are covered with brown papers.

Ensure that your ward comes to school in proper uniform with polished shoes, trimmed hair and clean nails.

Send the children regularly and punctually to school. No absence will be permitted without a leave application and late comers will not be allowed to sit in the class.

The parents must attend the Parents-teachers meet.

Pay the fees as per schedule.

Intimate the school in case of change of address, telephones number etc.

Do not send the child to school in case of infectious disease, and a medical certificate should be furnished from a medical officer at the time of rejoining the school after illness.

Do not walk into the class room to meet the teacher in the class-room and do not interview any teacher without the permission of the Director/Principal.

Do not visit the teachers at their residence.

Do not send money or valuable articles with the students. The school takes no responsibility if they are lost.

Send application in case of any change in address or any kind of leave.

It is compulsory for your ward to appear in all the monthly formative assessments. If one fails to appear, special test will be organized for him/her with a fine of Rs. 25/-

Payment of Fee

Fee-timing will be 10 am to 2 pm at Elite Public School, Nawatoli/ Chiyanki.

Last date for acceptance of school fee is 10th of every month.

Fee will not be acceptd after the 20th of month.

Alate fine of Rs. 20 will be charged, if tuition fee cleared in the next month.

Possibility of depositing School fee through Bank is being considered seriously.

The name of the defaulter will be struck off from the attendance register after non-payment of the fee for two months without any further intimation to the concern.

Re-admission may be accepted on payment of admission fee of Rs. 200 with the permission of the Director/Principal.

Advance Fee on quarterly half yearly / yearly basis is also accepted.

The arrears of the fees of a month must be deposited by the 5th of the next months with a fine of Rs. 50

For the classes X th and Xll th the school fees till march have to be deposited by December ( So as to get no dues certificate).
